About Michael
Michael represents financial institutions in a broad range of complex consumer financial services litigation. His practice focuses on defending lenders and loan servicers in state and federal court in cases arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and related statutes. He also prosecutes contested residential and commercial foreclosures, including those involving affirmative claims.
