About Michael
With over a decade of experience, Michael represents financial institutions in complex litigation in New York and New Jersey, with a particular focus on consumer finance matters. He advises and advocates for banks and mortgage servicers in contested foreclosures, bankruptcy proceedings, title claims, and contract disputes. Michael also represents clients in federal and state actions brought under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
