About Margaret
Margaret handles mortgage banking litigation and contested foreclosure actions on behalf of mortgage servicers, banks, and government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs). She counsels and negotiates on behalf of her mortgage servicers and lender clients and handles all aspects of financial services litigation, including loss mitigation. Margaret has successfully argued before the appellate divisions of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, as well as the New Jersey Superior Court and New York Supreme Court.
