About Madeline
Madeline focuses her practice on personal injury defense in motor vehicle accident cases involving rideshare drivers in Illinois and New York. She also represents individuals and businesses in property damage matters. Madeline handles cases from inception to resolution, prioritizing efficiency, often through mediation or arbitration.
Before joining Hinshaw as an associate, Madeline was a law clerk with the firm. As a law student, she gained a variety of experiences, interning with the Natural Resources Defense Council, GE Transportation, and a Chicago-based civil litigation firm.
