Madeline Huerta Admitted to the Chicago Bar Association's 2025 Leadership Institute Program

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that associate Madeline Huerta has been accepted into the Chicago Bar Association’s (CBA) Leadership Institute Program for 2025.
The Leadership Institute aims to enhance the skills and professional growth of emerging leaders in Chicago’s legal community. Each year, a small cohort of participants gain practical knowledge and business development strategies for significant leadership roles through dynamic faculty sessions, interactive exercises, and networking opportunities. Applicants must be licensed Illinois attorneys in good standing with 3-10 years of practice experience.
The 2025 Leadership Institute Program Agenda Consists of the Following:
- Session I: What Kind of Leader Are You?
- Session II: The Foundations of Effective Leadership
- Session III: Effective Networking for Business Development
- Session IV: Advanced Business Development Strategies

Huerta focuses her practice on litigation for personal injury and property damage cases. She brings comprehensive experience from all stages of the litigation process to offer customized solutions to her clients. Huerta joined Hinshaw as a law clerk and became an associate attorney after gaining legal experience through internships with the Natural Resources Defense Council, GE Transportation, and a civil litigation firm in Chicago.
Additionally, Huerta held several leadership roles while in law school, was recently recognized as a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine, and received the 1L Volunteer of the Year Award from the Self-Help Web Center at the Circuit Court of Cook County.
