About Lindsey
Lindsey focuses on aviation litigation, including the defense of commercial airlines and aviation product manufacturers in disputes arising from aviation accidents and incidents. She defends claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability and property damage, representing regional and national aviation clients in complex, high-exposure matters.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Lindsey spent over a decade representing Fortune 500 product manufacturers, serving as national coordinating counsel and local counsel in Illinois, New York, and New Jersey. She has handled hundreds of mass tort cases at all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and at trial.

In her free time, Lindsey can be found with her family and two dogs. She is usually cheering on her favorite sports teams, either from home in her beloved Lakeview neighborhood, at Wrigley, or at her son’s little league field.
