About John
John primarily assists financial services companies in litigation involving consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). He represents mortgage servicers, auto finance companies, and lenders in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.
With experience as both outside counsel and as an in-house counsel for a credit management company, John has successfully handled commercial debt disputes, construction litigation, and contract matters. He emphasizes simplifying complex legal issues while retaining key details and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
