About Jesse
Jesse is a litigator who handles a variety of matters from pre-suit through trial. She is experienced in handling insurance defense cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, defamation, premises liability, automobile liability, defamation cases, negligent security liability, and general liability issues. She regularly represents clients ranging from individuals to large corporations in Florida state courts.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, she served as Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Court of Florida. In that capacity, she focused on juvenile sex case prosecutions and represented the state in multiple jury trials.
