About Jim
Jim focuses his practice on tort and commercial litigation, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and commercial landlord-tenant matters. He represents clients at all stages of complex commercial litigation and insurance cases, from inception through trial and appeal.

Jim recently obtained a summary judgment victory in a common carrier matter, in which a bus passenger alleged personal injuries arising from a motor vehicle collision caused by a hit-and-run driver. The court granted summary judgment, finding our client had no obligation to anticipate negligent third-party conduct and violated no duty to its passenger.
