About Gregg
Gregg represents financial institutions, including large national banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and auto finance companies in commercial litigation and disputes arising from numerous federal and state consumer finance statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the state Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP) laws, among others.
Additionally, Gregg counsels the consumer financial services industry regarding how to respond to consumer credit disputes. He also helps financial institutions recover losses from debt elimination scams that are perpetrated on both the institution and its customers.
Prioritizing business solutions, Gregg draws on his experience at the US Department of Justice Tax Division and as in-house counsel at a large bank to assist clients effectively, with a focus on the clients’ goals and financial standing.
