Glen O. Hisani

In advertising law matters, Glen regularly reviews marketing and promotional materials and advises on unfair and deceptive practices, as well as state and federal rules on automatic renewals, telemarketing, and disclosures.

Glen also works with lenders and businesses on regulations affecting mortgages, credit transactions, lease agreements, and junk fees.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Glen practiced at a large national firm in Washington, DC. He also served in the United States Army with the Medical Command at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. He has lived in Jakarta and Montréal, giving him a unique global perspective and fluency in Indonesian and French that enrich his practice.
