Gina M. Diomedi

About Gina
Gina represents aviation product manufacturers and service providers in litigation across the US and internationally with a focus on claims arising from aircraft accidents, including wrongful death, personal injury, and property damage. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, navigating complex legal and procedural issues and developing strategic plans for the unique circumstances of each case. Gina’s experience also includes working on mass casualty incidents and developing and implementing plans to resolve resulting claims outside of formal litigation. In addition to representing clients in disputes, she also advises clients with respect to risk management, contractual issues, and regulatory matters in the aviation industry.
