About Frank
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Frank is a results-driven litigator who delivers strategic advocacy while remaining sharply focused on each client’s business objectives and budget.
His practice encompasses insurance defense, consumer and commercial contract disputes, and regulatory compliance. He defends clients in complex matters, including personal auto, trucking, premises liability, products liability, construction, and commercial litigation. He also serves as outside counsel for national real estate, consumer finance, and mortgage servicing companies. Throughout his career, Frank has successfully managed matters from high-exposure trials and depositions to multi-state regulatory inquiries and Attorneys General complaints.
Known for his practical and disciplined approach, Frank develops solutions that protect the client’s bottom line without sacrificing results. Additionally, Frank has handled matters involving the CFPB, TCPA, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, and FDCPA. This background allows him to navigate complex consumer disputes, compliance challenges, and lending matters with precision and a keen understanding of business realities.
