About Cindy
Cindy advises clients across the consumer financial services industry, including lenders, servicers, and other financial institutions. Her practice encompasses financial services and mortgage lending litigation, commercial disputes, corporate transactions, and trial work, helping clients navigate evolving legal and regulatory challenges while protecting their business interests.
In addition to her consumer financial services practice, Cindy has experience in securities regulation and corporate compliance, advising companies on disclosure obligations, public offerings, and regulatory matters.
