Brian J. Benoit

Brian represents aircraft owners, air carriers, maintenance providers, component manufacturers, and other aviation industry participants in high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters. He handles sensitive disputes involving fatal accidents, catastrophic injuries, commercial claims, insurance coverage issues, and regulatory compliance, drawing on his experience advising Part 121 air carriers, Part 145 maintenance operators, and aircraft owners. Brian has also successfully defended a major air carrier in litigation under the Air Carrier Access Act. Bringing together litigation, risk management, and business strategy, he helps clients navigate legal challenges within the broader operational and regulatory framework of the aviation industry. In addition, he has served as national litigation counsel in a complex real estate dispute that generated dozens of lawsuits across more than 15 states.
