About Allen
Allen represents clients in the aging services and health care sectors in a broad range of regulatory and operational matters. His practice includes advising health care providers and organizations on federal and state regulatory compliance, health care operations, and contract negotiations. He also counsels clients on risk management strategies to help prevent regulatory liabilities and ensure continuity of care.
In addition, Allen represents insurers in complex matters involving insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, and extra-contractual liability. He handles insurer litigation, including bad faith and policy interpretation disputes, and provides strategic counsel to help clients navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and litigation risk.
