Alexa R. Zuppa

Alexa is a defense attorney with experience in insurance defense and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She represents clients throughout the litigation process, managing motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and strategic case analysis.

Her practice focuses on insurance defense with experience defending claims involving general liability, premises liability, automobile liability, and consumer-related matters. Alexa works closely with clients and insurance professionals to develop practical, strategic approaches to litigation and to effectively protect their interests throughout the course of a case.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Alexa practiced at a mid-sized law firm, where she represented clients in a broad range of insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. Earlier in her career, she served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Thomas Daniel McCloskey, JSC, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, gaining valuable insight into civil litigation and the judicial process.
