About Aimee
Aimee advocates for and represents consumer financial service providers, including banks, mortgage servicers, credit card issuers, and third-party debt collectors in lawsuits and arbitrations where claims have been asserted against them for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Texas Debt Collection Act (TDCA).
Aimee is involved in all aspects of litigation when defending clients against alleged violations of consumer financial statutes. She also appears frequently before arbitrators and handles appellate cases both at the state and federal level.
