A rise in terminations could occur, as condos compete for engineers to fix construction problems and prices continue to rise.

Condominium Statute?: What to Know." The article addresses important compliance considerations for condominium associations as a consequence of recent amendments to the Florida Condominium Act. The amendments were adopted in response to the 2021 Champlain Towers collapse, and were detailed by Cronig in a previous Daily Business Review article.

Miami-based Hinshaw partner Steven Cronig has published a byline in the Daily Business Review titled "What S. Fla. Condominium Boards and Attorneys Need to Know About the Amendments to the Fla. Condominium Statute." The article discusses new amendments to the Florida Condominium Act enacted in response to the 2021 Champlain Towers disaster and the new obligations these amendments place on condominium associations.
