Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that Chloë White has been appointed to serve as an Associate Editor on the Editorial and Content Board of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD). Her term begins in September 2026 and runs through August 2027.
About the YLD Editorial and Content Board
The YLD Editorial and Content Board manages the digital publication of TYL magazine and CLE and non-CLE webinars.
According to the YLD, editors on the Board “generate content ideas, use their networks to identify and recruit potential authors and speakers, liaise between YLD publications and authors, review and edit articles, and promote the publication through social media and in their community and network.”
TYL magazine is the YLD’s flagship publication, which provides resources designed to help early-career lawyers grow professionally and personally. All ABA members have access to the publication’s content.
About Chloë
Chloë advises middle market businesses, emerging companies, and financial institutions on complex commercial disputes and business transactions. Her experience spans commercial litigation–including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach-of-contract claims, and fiduciary-duty issues–as well as corporate counseling on agreements and strategic transactions.
In addition to Chloë’s litigation and transaction work, she counsels lenders on loan restructurings, workouts, and SBA-related matters and advises institutional lenders on modifications and enforcement across jurisdictions. She partners with clients from formation through growth, supporting compliance and governance initiatives that mitigate risk and foster sustainable expansion.
