Hinshaw attorneys Vaishali Rao and Sarah E. King recently co-authored the Illinois chapter of the American Bar Association's (ABA) new treatise, State Consumer Protection Law. The treatise is a compilation of the consumer protection laws of all fifty states and the District of Columbia, with most chapters written by an attorney practicing in that state.
The treatise serves as a tool for legal practitioners who practice in the consumer protection area. It synthesizes consumer protection law into a complete summary of court decisions, enforcement actions, and regulations in an evolving area of law.
The treatise is available for purchase on the ABA website.
