Hinshaw's John DeLascio presented a webinar titled "And This Changes Everything in Post 1986 Allocations (Site Pollution)," on July 17, 2019. Hosted by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance's (CLM) Environmental and Toxic Tort Committee, the program looked at the myths and truths regarding environmental insurance. Specifically, the presentation refuted the assumption that pollution insurance was not available on properties with known pollution conditions, citing research which has shown a healthy and competitive insurance market for environmental insurance.
