David Alfini, Adam Guetzow and Aimee Delaney Speak at Final Rulings to New Beginnings Event

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partners David J. Alfini, Adam S. Guetzow and Aimee E. Delaney presented at the program, "Final Rulings to New Beginnings," hosted by Hinshaw and Bank Leumi USA on January 19, 2017. The event included breakfast and lunch along with continuing education credits for each program.
Mr. Alfini and Mr. Guetzow presented, "CMS' Final Rule," that explores the legal implications of CMS Final Rule, the largest overhaul to nursing home regulations in the last decade. Ms. Delaney delivered the session, "OHSA's Final Rule on Reporting Workplace Injury and Illness Data," analyzing the revised Occupational and Safety Health Administration (OHSA) rules governing how employers must report workplace injury and illness data. Aimee Delaney was joined by OSHA representative, Bob Leonard.
