Hinshaw partners Vaishali Rao and Michael Guerrero will speak at the firm-sponsored Annual Consumer Financial Services Conference in Chicago, Illinois, on May 29, 2025. Both attorneys serve on the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law (CCFL), which hosts the event.
Vaishali will co-present "Regulatory Enforcement Before, During, and After the Trump Administration," a panel examining the evolving enforcement priorities at the CFPB, FTC, and state attorney general offices. The discussion will highlight how political transitions have influenced regulatory strategies and what to expect next.
Michael will co-present "'Hot' Issues in Solar Financing and Their Implications for Other Consumer Financing Programs."
