Sergio Acosta to Moderate Presentation by U.S. Attorney Zachary Fardon on American Life and Law: Justice in the 21st Century

Sergio E. Acosta, the Chicago-based chair of the Government Practice Group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will moderate a program titled "American Life and Law: Justice in the 21st Century" at the Ninth Annual Elmhurst College Governmental Forum. The presentation — to be held from 12:00–2:00 p.m. (CT) on April 28, 2016 — will feature U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois Zachary Fardon. Loyola University Chicago School of Law Dean David Yellen will be a co-moderator of the program.

Sergio Acosta is an experienced criminal litigator and investigator. He has represented companies, government entities and individuals in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, health care fraud, complex financial fraud, criminal tax violations, export regulations and criminal and civil forfeiture. Mr. Acosta’s practice also encompasses corporate governance, corporate internal investigations, regulatory enforcement, commercial litigation and gaming law.
