Scott Seaman and John DeLascio to Participate in General Session at ARIAS

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner, Scott Seaman, will moderate and partner, John DeLascio, will speak during the General Session, "The Impact Of Industry Consolidation On The Arbitration Process," at the ARIAS U.S. 2015 Fall Conference on November 12, 2015 in New York.

No trend or issue has had a greater impact on the reinsurance industry than consolidation. The panel will remove the cone of silence and discuss the impact consolidation has had and may have on reinsurance dispute resolution, including umpire selection, confidentiality, conflicts, discovery, and post-award activities. The panel will address the impact that consolidation has had on the number and nature of reinsurance disputes and on the changes required to meet the challenges presented by the consolidation gorilla.
