Scott Seaman and Edward Lenci to Speak at the IRUA Reinsurance Networking Group Meeting & Luncheon

Scott M. Seaman and Edward K. Lenci, partners in the Insurance & Reinsurance practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will be speaking at the Intermediaries & Reinsurance Underwriters Association, Inc. (IRUA) Reinsurance Networking Group Meeting & Luncheon on October 6, 2016, at Hinshaw's New York office. Mr. Seaman and Mr. Lenci will be discussing on how to draft effective dispute resolution clauses.

Scott Seaman is a commercial litigator and trial lawyer who has focused his practice in business litigation and insurance services for nearly three decades, with particular emphasis on representing insurers and reinsurers in complex insurance coverage disputes and reinsurance cessions.

Edward K. Lenci handles complex business litigations and arbitrations, including international arbitrations, as well as reinsurance disputes, class action defense, and appeals. His successes include a class action defense victory before the U.S. Supreme Court.
