Ken Yeadon to Speak at PLI’s Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company 2017 Program

Ken Yeadon, a partner in the White Collar Defense and Internal Investigations Group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will speak at PLI’s Acquiring and Selling the Privately Held Company 2017 program, which takes place June 22–23, 2017, in New York City.
The program is geared for attorneys in private practice, in-house counsel, and other business professionals seeking a practical overview of key issues that arise in the private acquisition and sale process, including due diligence concerns involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules.
Mr. Yeadon is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and SEC Enforcement Attorney, and will speak on “Ethics in Negotiating and Documenting Private Transactions” on June 23.
