John DeLascio to Discuss Legal Trends in Environmental Insurance at 2018 SEIP Conference

Hinshaw's John DeLascio will present at the 2018 Society of Environmental Insurance Professionals (SEIP) Conference scheduled for June 18 – 20, 2018 in San Francisco. DeLascio will be part of a panel titled "Legal Trends in Environmental Insurance." The panel will review insurance claim allocations between policy years, and discuss techniques used for documenting historical insurance coverage. Panelists will also present new theories on cost allocation in circumstances where an insurance buyer is voluntarily self-insured for environmental risks.
