Hinshaw to Present at LeadingAge Human Resources Symposium

A team of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP attorneys will be presenting at the LeadingAge Human Resource Symposium to be held July 11, 2017 at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois. LeadingAge is an association of community-based, nonprofit organizations and providers serving older adults.
Chicago-based partners Aimee Delaney, David Alfini and Adam Guetzow will provide a Labor and Employment Law update during their presentation, which will occur from 9:00 – 10:30 am (Central). They will cover the affirmative obligations CMS' Final Rule of Participation places on long-term care employers; address recent regulations impacting IL employers at the state, county and city level including minimum wage, paid sick leave and other expanded rights and obligations; and discuss the recent developments impacting employer handbooks.
