David Levitt to Present on Ways Businesses Can Protect Against Claims of Possessing Unauthorized Software

David H. Levitt, a Chicago-based partner and member of the Intellectual Property Practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will present at a Bloomberg BNA webinar titled "Unauthorized Software? What to Do When the BSA Calls," on October 17, 2016 from 1:00–2:00 p.m (CT).
Mr. Levitt will discuss the appropriate responses and strategies for responding to claims that a business possesses unauthorized software. He also will offer business management techniques to help minimize the risk of dealing with organizations that actively seek out informants to turn in employees and former employees for allegedly possessing unlicensed or unauthorized software.
