Laurie Randolph focuses her practice on both trial and transactional work for architects, engineers, developers, owners, and contractors.

Laurie's practice also encompasses insurance coverage issues related to construction. On behalf of the interests of her clients, Laurie litigates on matters arising from the design and construction process, drafts and negotiates design and construction contracts, and counsels on transactional and operational issues in the construction industry.

Laurie joined Hinshaw in 1979. She was a member of the firm's Management Committee from 2001 to 2015 and a past co-leader of the firm's Real Estate & Construction Practice Group.
