Adam S. Guetzow

Adam Guetzow represents clients in the defense of products liability, premises liability, general liability and personal injury litigation.

He is active in all phases of trial preparation and litigation, such as discovery, research, motion preparations and various memoranda.
Professional Background
Mr. Guetzow joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as an associate in October 2009. Previously he was a summer associate with the firm in 2008 and a law clerk since August 2008. He clerked with Anesi, Ozmon, Rodin, Novak & Kohen, Ltd., a plaintiff’s firm in Chicago, in 2007.

During law school, Mr. Guetzow was a member of the Dean’s List and graduated with a special certificate in advocacy. He participated in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition. He and his partner won the Best Brief Award and placed third overall in the country. In addition, after Mr. Guetzow received a CALI Award for excellence in first year legal writing he became a legal writing tutor.

His undergraduate accomplishments include being a member of the Dean’s List and National Dean’s List. He was an executive board member of Sigma Alpha Mu, and a member and Treasurer of the Order of Omega, the Greek Honor Society. In addition, Mr. Guetzow was also a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science National Honor Society.
