Lei Wei

Lei Wei focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment law and general liability matters in both state and federal courts. He represents major insurance carriers and corporate clients in high-stakes insurance defense cases involving automotive accidents, construction defects, and premises liability. Lei is proficient in analysis, drafting, transactional negotiation, and developing strategic defense plans to help clients mitigate risk.

Lei’s approach to legal practice is client-centered and results-driven, and he is always ready for new challenges. He also has experience successfully representing hundreds of clients in mediation.
