About Lauren
Lauren focuses her practice on defending employers and insurance companies against injury claims, including in personal injury, motor vehicle accident, construction, and premises liability cases. In this role, she handles all phases of litigation.

- Secured summary judgment for a city airport and its property manager in a Cook County, Illinois, premises liability civil case.
- Successfully represented Will County in several workers' compensation arbitration trials on the disputed permanency of alleged work injuries.

Did you know...
Lauren submitted a short story to the Chicago Bar Association Flash Fiction Writing Contest, which delves into mysterious events at an unconventional law firm, quite unlike Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP.
Lauren's experiences showcase her commitment to journalism, vibrant college life, and intriguing encounters with notable figures. Lauren was the editor-in-chief of her high school newspaper, The Prep. In college, she edited and contributed to The Hoya, the school newspaper. She also worked at a famous cupcake shop in Georgetown. Beyond that, she attended a presidential inauguration, took a solo photo with a future president, smiled at a former president on a commercial flight, and lived in the same college dorm of another former president — many years after he graduated.
