Peter L. Isola

Peter focuses on resolving disputes in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, where he represents owners, investors, lenders, loan servicers, foreclosure trustees, and other parties in real property claims, including wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, negligence, fraud, promissory estoppel, and alleged violations of California's Homeowner Bill of Rights (HBOR) and Unfair Competition Law (UCL). He also serves as lead counsel in trials and binding arbitrations for individuals and business entities.

In addition, Peter advises and represents banks, credit companies, and other lenders in prosecuting and defending claims, as well as insurers and businesses in a range of industries, including real estate, construction, finance, healthcare, hospitality, and technology. He also has extensive experience defending officers and directors, real estate agents, insurance brokers, attorneys, and accountants in professional negligence actions.
