Jason Novak is a litigator who focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, emphasizing toxic torts defense, product liability, mass tort litigation involving both pharmaceuticals and medical devices, commercial litigation, and general liability litigation. Jason serves as counsel for leading food flavor manufacturers in product liability matters pending in state and federal courts in multiple states. He also has substantial experience in counseling and representing clients in litigation relating to wrongful death, serious personal injury claims, and commercial litigation.

Jason has a tenured history at Hinshaw, dating back as a summer associate in 2006.

Prior to his legal career, he worked for four years at the Bedford Falls Company, a film and television production company in Los Angeles, California. He received production credit on a number of projects, including The Last Samurai and I Am Sam and the television show Once and Again.

While in law school, Jason studied abroad in Strasbourg, France, and Oxford, England.
