About Rachel
Rachel represents individuals and corporations in general liability and commercial litigation across various industries, including construction and transportation, in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution. She also advises employers on workplace disputes.
A zealous litigator, Rachel has skillfully defended a wide range of clients. From favorable settlements and verdicts to success on dispositive motion practice, she is intent on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. An "out of the box" thinker, she navigates even the most challenging cases to resolution in line with her clients’ goals.
Rachel embraces innovation and emerging legal issues. Before virtual hearings became routine, she secured court approval for an out-of-state client to testify at a hearing via FaceTime, achieving an expedited and cost-effective result. Anticipating the legal issues to be presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, she also authored “Managing Contracts in the Time of the Coronavirus Pandemic” (ROI-NJ, March 31, 2020).
