Mariam's practice spans creditors’ rights and bankruptcy proceedings, including liquidations, reorganizations, as well as commercial litigation. She represents national and regional financial institutions and loan servicers in state and federal courts. Having traveled to more than 30 countries, Mariam brings a global perspective to US consumer financial matters and provides nuanced, tailored, and client-focused legal solutions.
