About Buddy
Bernard "Buddy" is a litigator who represents businesses and municipal entities in both state and federal court. He is experienced in handling catastrophic injury cases, civil rights defense, commercial litigation, and municipal administrative proceedings.
Earlier in his career, Buddy worked for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, where he quickly gained extensive experience defending complex claims in federal and state courts. In private practice, Buddy continued to represent governmental clients in defending them from civil rights and injury claims and providing general advice to specific agencies.

Buddy grew up in Los Angeles, California, before moving to Crawfordsville, Indiana, to attend Wabash College. He earned his law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he met his now-wife on the day he graduated.
An avid guitar player, Buddy regularly performs at a local club. When he’s not working on legal matters or music, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
