John has broad experience handling civil litigation matters and advising clients on claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, employment, business disputes, professional errors and omissions, real estate, and product liability. He frequently represents design professionals and contractors in construction claims and also counsels clients on engagement contracts, operating agreements, and risk management. Skilled in mediation and arbitration, John has served as a neutral arbitrator and has been appointed by the court to serve as a special master.
