About Theodore

He represents insurers in bodily injury and property damage matters where exclusions for fraud, criminal acts, or nondisclosure of material facts are central to the carrier’s coverage defenses. Theodore also partners with claims adjusters to develop and implement claim-handling procedures and strategies aligned with Florida House Bill 837.
