David J. Mahoney

About Dave
Dave advises private business owners and HR professionals on navigating the legal complexities of the employer-employee relationship. Recognizing that a company’s workforce can be its greatest asset or its greatest liability, He helps both union and non-union businesses build a positive work culture and comply with changing laws through proactive policies and procedures.
Clients turn to Dave as a trusted advisor when facing critical workplace decisions. He provides practical, day-to-day guidance and quickly addresses volatile issues as they arise. When disputes escalate, Dave leverages more than 20 years of courtroom experience to advocate for clients in federal and state courts, before administrative agencies, and in employment arbitrations.
