About Pascale
Pascale is an insurance defense attorney representing insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and businesses in litigation, including catastrophic injury claims, premises liability, product liability, and vehicle negligence. She has a proven record of effectively managing risk exposure for her clients.
Before joining Hinshaw, Pascale was part of the coverage team at a mid-sized firm and served as in-house associate general counsel for a major homeowners insurance company.
