About Jennifer
With four decades of experience, Jennifer defends professionals in the legal, financial, real estate, insurance, and engineering sectors. Certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization in legal malpractice, she advises clients on errors and omissions claims, technology disputes, privacy issues, media conflicts, and contract disputes. She also provides representation to attorneys who are facing an investigation and/or disciplinary action before the State Bar Court.
Her practical approach includes pre-claim evaluations, litigation management in state and federal courts, arbitration, and guidance on potential disciplinary investigations. She also has extensive experience with claims involving family law and frequently shares her insights through articles and speaking engagements.
