About Nili
Nili assists clients in navigating the complexities of commercial litigation, including representing lenders, mortgage servicers and other financial institutions in contested foreclosure cases.
She has extensive knowledge regarding loss mitigation programs, loan originations and closings, and federal and state, and consumer protection and lending statutes.
Previously, Nili worked at an international law firm, handling litigation arising out of mortgage foreclosures and landlord-tenant disputes. Her practice has also included managing receiverships, enforcing judgments, handling workouts, and restructuring.
