About Mark
Mark handles commercial and consumer financial services litigation, focusing on commercial foreclosure cases, title insurance coverage disputes, and priority conflicts between lenders.
In assisting institutional and non-traditional lenders, Mark draws upon a broad-based background, including experience litigating employment, insurance, environmental, and land use litigation matters.
Mark previously worked for a national law firm representing institutional lenders and also managed a litigation department for a foreclosure law firm.
