Dan represents financial services institutions in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. He actively litigates and counsels clients in the adjudication and resolution of high-stakes matters. Dan's extensive experience includes defensive litigation, default-driven commercial and residential litigation, and workouts for a diverse range of clients, from the nation's largest brick-and-mortar banks to non-traditional lenders of various sizes.
