Luis Colula

Luis handles insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, primarily defending bad faith lawsuits and resolving disputes related to first-party claims. He manages cases involving personal and commercial policies, including theft, fire, smoke, water, hail, sand, floods, earthquakes, and other catastrophic events, as well as uninsured motorist claims.

Luis’ prior experience includes practicing immigration law before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and US Citizenship and Immigration Services, where he secured both affirmative and defensive relief.
