Celia Moutes-Lee

Celia’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation arising out of first-party and third-party claims under personal and commercial policies, including theft, fire, smoke, water, hail, sand, earthquakes, and other catastrophic events, as well as uninsured motorist claims. Insurers regularly retain Celia with respect to the investigation of claims and the determination of coverage, including examinations under oath. She is highly skilled at investigating and litigating suspicious losses.

Celia also conducts seminars on various insurance-related topics, including the Fair Claim Settlement Practices Regulations, liens, and policy limit demands.
